1. Website owner
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner's details are as follows:

This page sets no cookies of its own and none from third parties, uses no browser storage, includes no analytics tools or advertising pixels, and loads no external resources (no scripts, no fonts, no images from other domains). Only static files hosted on this same domain are served.
That is why no consent banner is shown: article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE requires consent only where cookies or storage that are not strictly necessary are used, and none are used here.
The one obvious exception: the "Try the demo" links lead to the working calculator, which is a different website with its own cookie and privacy policy. Clicking them takes you off this page and that site's terms apply.
3. Protection of personal data
There are no forms on this website. Personal data is processed only if you choose to write by email or on WhatsApp. In that case:

Please note that WhatsApp is a Meta Platforms service and email is provided by Google: when you choose those channels, your message also passes through their systems, under their own privacy policies.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), acting as a data processor. Like any server, it keeps technical logs of visits — including the IP address — for the sole purpose of serving the page, maintaining security and detecting abuse. Those logs are not used to profile visitors and are not combined with any other data.
When you arrive at the main address (sunquote.org), the server looks at the language your browser announces and, if it announces none, at the country inferred from your IP address — for the sole purpose of taking you to the version in your language. That check happens on the fly and is not stored anywhere.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, the design, the screenshots and the calculator software are the property of the owner or are used with permission. Reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes without written consent is not permitted.
The screenshots show the calculator in real use on the website of SolTech Cubiertas (Alicante, Spain), the installation company where the owner works and where the tool was developed. That company's trade marks and data belong to their respective owners and are cited by way of example.
6. Nature of the figures shown
The savings, payback periods and prices shown on this website and in the demo are estimates, calculated with Google Solar data and current Spanish regulations. They are neither a binding quote nor a contractual offer: the final quote is issued by each installation company after checking the actual roof and consumption.
7. Languages of this page
This website is published in Spanish, English, German, French and Russian. All versions other than Spanish are courtesy translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, as it is the one that complies with the LSSI-CE.
8. Applicable law
Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Spanish consumer and commercial legislation apply. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise.
